Come and discover our "little piece" of Ribera del Duero in the heart of the Golden Mile. We will visit the winery facilities with an explanation of the winemaking process in the tank area and the aging phase in the barrel room.
We will taste the first wine directly from the barrel or tank, where visitors themselves will pour their own glass.
Finally, in the wine bar area, the rest of the tasting will take place. It will consist of 3 other wines (a rosé, a white, and a red), each accompanied (just like the glass taken from the barrel or tank) by its own pairing, tasting 4 gourmet appetizers that complement and enhance each of the wines in the tasting.
Tour duration: approx. 3 hours.
We will take a walk through the vineyards with an explanation of their life cycle, where we will enjoy our first wine tasting. We will then return to the winery to visit the facilities, including an explanation of the winemaking process in the tank area and the aging phase in the barrel room.
